Heat Dissipation Analysis The fundamental purpose of the row heat pipe radiator developed in this paper is to remove high power LEDs in a timely and effective manner. The heat generated during operation controls the junction temperature of the chip within a reasonable range. For experimental studies, a key indicator of the performance of a heat sink is whether the temperature of the heat source surface is below the maximum allowable temperature.
The temperature at the center point of the heat source surface, the temperature at the center point of the evaporation surface, the average temperature of the evaporation surface, and the average temperature of the condensation surface as a function of heating power when the radiator is placed at 90°. The temperature of each part increases with the increase of the input power, and the rate of increase is almost the same. In the range of input power of 30 to 70 W, the temperature of the center point of the heat source surface does not exceed 75 °C. When the heat sink is placed at 90°, the temperature changes with the input power. As the input power increases, the temperature of the center point of the heat source surface at different placement angles increases and the rate of increase is approximately the same.
